While installation instructions are provided with every TUFFRAX® storage product, we recommend using the services of a professional installer who is licensed, bonded, insured, and trained to install TUFFRAX® storage systems. TUFFRAX® storage units can be installed anywhere on a garage ceiling where there is a minimum height clearance of 21”, including the area above your garage doors. An Authorized TUFFRAX® Distributor or Dealer can assist you in making sure that the areas where your TUFFRAX® units are to be installed meet the clearance requirements. Your distributor or dealer can also help you locate the ceiling joists and trusses that are necessary for a secure installation.
